Representative Carpenter remarked that out of an abundance of caution he would declare a conflict of interest as his family participated in a herd share program. He relayed he did not stand to gain anything from the legislation. Vice-Chair Johnston MOVED to REPORT HB 16 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes.
